This program is designed to fit into your busy schedule. We’ll meet for one coaching session per week, typically lasting 60 minutes. In addition, you’ll spend 1-2 hours each week implementing the action steps we develop during our calls. You’ll be surprised how much clarity and progress you can achieve with focused, intentional time!

What if I need to reschedule a coaching session?
No worries! I understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to reschedule a session, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new time that works for both of us. My goal is to make this process as seamless as possible for you.
